We charge a flat delivery fee of £4.45 via Royal Mail on most items, and £2.50 for wax melts.

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 working days from dispatch.

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery during busier periods.

Returns

We truly hope you adore your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Kindly note that returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
